Manos Cito is the founder, co-owner, and managing partner of BACK9 Retirement Solutions. Manos has over 25 years of diversified financial markets experience and specializes in retirement income planning with a primary focus on both pre-retiree and retired clients. To best serve his clients, Manos works with them in all areas of retirement planning, including income distribution planning, Tax mitigation, Social Security planning, investment management, estate planning, risk management, health care, and Medicare planning.
Manos graduated from Seton Hall University and began his career as an institutional securities and foreign currency trader. He later moved into sales, brokering, and senior management for several global financial services firms before transitioning into wealth management and financial planning in 2007. He founded BACK9 Retirement Solutions after seeing so many clients struggle to transition to the distribution phase of their financial plan.
"I quickly learned that people spend more time planning their next vacation than planning their retirement," says Manos. "Their financial advisors simply failed to educate them and emphasize the importance of a holistic retirement income plan, creating challenges they just didn't need to face."
Manos is also active in giving back to the community. He is a supporter of the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Society for the prevention of teenage suicide, Seton Hall University, and the Meridian Health Care Affiliated Foundations. He is a past member of the Seton Hall’s Alumni Association Board of Directors, Trading Room Advisory Board, President’s Council on Athletics, and Pirate Blue Athletic Fund.
Manos is an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) with J.W. Cole Advisors, Inc. (JWCA) and holds Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as a New Jersey Life, Health, and Accident Insurance license. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New Jersey.
